League Round Up

Blandford Utd continue to hold their nine point lead over Cobham Sports after today's fixtures but Cobham do have two games in hand.

There were seven games played today. Blandford Utd's 2-3 win away to Balti Sports helped to maintain their top position. The only draw of the day saw a 2-2 result for Bournemouth Electric at home to Verwood Town. Bournemouth Sports at home to Westland Sports scored 5 goals with Sports responding with two goals - 5-2 result.

Another 5 goals for Cobham Sports kept up the chase for top spot with their 5-0 win at home to Portland Utd Reserves. Dorchester Sports came out 4-1 winners at home Bridport FC Reserves. Holt were hosts to Hamworthy Utd Reserves with a 4-0 win. 4 home goals seemed to be a popular theme this week with Sherborne Town Reserves scoring that number, however Poole Borough overtook them with 5 goals leaving an exciting 4-5 result.

Poole Boroughs win today gave them a valuable three points to bring them level on 10 points with Bridport FC Reserves but bottom with a -1 points difference.
