DPL 8 - Frost 0 .....
ALL 8 games took place today with Blandford United FC continuing their fine form with a 5-1 win at Park Road against Poole Borough FC, scoring for the Royals were Mark Ford, Marco Fowler, Jimmy Fry [x2] & Charlie John, replying for the Hornets was Brad Wells, there was also time in the 2ns half for both sides to miss penalties !!! Bournemouth Sports FC welcomed Holt United FC to Chapel Gate with the Bulls securing a fine 4-1 win, scoring for the visitors were Josh Buck [x2] Kane Daysh & George Ashby with Dan Hayward scoring the hosts consolation. Verwood Town FC picked up a decent 3-2 win on the road at Balti Sports FC with Caiden Barton [x2] & Ewang Derrick scoring for the visitors with the hosts goals courtesy of ?????. Bournemouth Electric FC courtesy of 2 Dillon King goals beat Portland United FC Reserves 2-1 at the Broadway with the visitors goal scored by ?????. Another game to finish 2-1 to the hosts was at St Marys where Bridport FC Reserves picked up a much needed win against Wimborne Town FC Reserves with the Bees goals from Taiwo Emmanuel & Theo Smith with Wimborne's goal scored by Kester Wilson. Meanwhile at Alvington, Westland Sports FC & Gillingham Town FC played out a 0-0 draw.
In the 3 o'clock kick offs, Swanage Town & Herston FC inflicted the 1st defeat of the season against previously unbeaten Cobham Sports FC 3-2 in the Purbeck, the Swans goal scorers were Ogun Gundogdu [x2] & Josh Revenall-Nuete who led 3-0 only for late Cobham goals from Ellis George & Joe Wood made for a nervy ending. Meanwhile the Hamworthy derby ended 3-2 to the hosts Hamworthy Recreation FC Reserves who beat Hamworthy United FC Reserves at Magna Road, scoring for the hosts were Bryce Banfield & Sergii Ismail with ????? replying for the Hammers.
