League Round Up

At the top of the table, Blandford drew 1-1 against Westland Sports whilst Cobham in second gained two points towards the leaders with a 4-1 win at home to Verwood Town. There is now a six point gap between first and second and Cobham with a game in hand. We look forward to the Blandford Utd v Cobham Sports fixture next Saturday, 11th April.

In a local derby Bournemouth Sports at home to Bournemouth Electric game out the 2-5 losers. Bridport Reserves drew 1-1 with visitors, Sherborne Town Reserves. Hamworthy Recreation Reserves were the 2-1 winners against Swanage Town & Herston whose late goal made for an exciting finish. The biggest score of the day saw an 8-1 win for Holt Utd against visitors, Gillingham Town.
